Just wanted to thank all who were involved with the McCann project with your company… Especially Ian Nanson our project manager (the prime minister) as my husband liked to call him…lol. Ian, always the gentleman, helped us with any issues that came up with our 1950s adobe as many older homes seemed to have. The designers Jake Laurie and Kristen White and many others in the trades were great and very patient with us. Last but not least, a big hug for Tom Capizzi for making sure we were able to complete the work.We will never forget you folks or get over how nice our home is now. We are now ready for our "age in place"… a dream come true.Many, many thanks!
We could not be more pleased with Marrokal. They finished the job on time, at or under budget, and the finished product is everything we hoped it would be. The key: having a project manager (Jeff) who is on top of things and who makes sure that any concerns are dealt with immediately. The trade professionals were a pleasure to work with; they were extremely skilled and worked diligently to make sure we were happy with the project.
Without question we would recommend Marrokal to anyone seeking a major (or minor) remodel. The peace of mind of having such knowledgeable, mindful, and professional contractors is indescribable. On such a large project and investment, you need to feel confident in the process and the individuals working on it, and we couldn't have been happier with Marrokal.
Marrokal Design and Remodeling designed and constructed a beautiful new great room and kitchen completely changing the look and updating the space. I love the large island and cooking space which is gorgeous and functional.
