This project began as a full-home remodel with plans for a 1,000-square-foot second-story addition but was thoughtfully scaled back to focus on the kitchen and first-floor hall bath. Our flexible, client-focused design process lets us explore a wide range of options and gradually narrow in on what truly fits your vision, lifestyle, and goals.The kitchen was modernized and brightened with updated finishes and subtle layout improvements to better suit the clients’ lifestyle. In the hall bath, we reconfigured an awkward layout by replacing a long vanity and repositioning the door to improve privacy and flow. New flooring throughout the first floor tied the refreshed spaces together.

We are thrilled with our remodeled home! From start to finish through this process,
Marrokal has been wonderful and our house looks amazing. Enrique drew up great
architectural ideas for us to reimagine our space. The changes he made to our small
downstairs bathroom have made the finished room so much more functional. Ashlee our
designer was able to really understand our desired aesthetic and never overwhelmed us
with too many choices for finishes. Our project manager Tony communicated regularly with
us and made sure that all work was completed at the highest level and Jonathan and Alice
ensured that we were happy through the whole process.
Marrokal contracts with only the best. From our floor installer to our painters, all of the
subs were conscientious and professional. They all delivered top-notch results. We may
have paid more with Marrokal but we know that this company stands behind their work and
we believe that our house would not have turned out nearly as well had we gone with
someone else. We are so happy!
