This whole-home remodel honors the character of a historic Hillcrest home while creating unexpected spaces designed for modern living and entertaining. A new primary suite and second-story addition made room for a dramatic Art Deco-inspired parlor, while the backyard was transformed into a private tropical retreat with a pool and secluded outdoor living space.
