Our client came to us looking for a complete transformation—one that would unlock the home’s full potential and bring their personal style to life and this is how we transformed their home! Soaring 37 stories high this condo has beautiful views of the Pacific Ocean — but the interior told a different story. Originally built in the early 2000s, the layout and finishes no longer reflected the new homeowner’s vision. The U-shaped kitchen in the Great Room felt closed off and impractical for hosting guests, while a rarely used fireplace dominated the space without serving any real purpose. Both the Guest and Primary bathrooms were dark, outdated, and short on storage. Now, they have a home they love .
