The Benefits of Our Design-Build Process
In a traditional kitchen remodel, homeowners hire an architect and then interview contractors to perform the work. Unlike then, we do things differently because we discuss the budget and options all the way from start to finish. This makes sure that the homeowner gets exactly what they want from the project.
The Three Phases of Our Design-Build Process
We can break our design-build process into three phases. In the first phase, our designer will meet with you and help refine your vision for the project. We will discuss your home remodeling ideas with you and balance the scope of work, level of investment, and the project cost. Our goal is to gain a complete understanding of what you are going to build. We also want you to know early on what it’s going to look like and what it will cost.
In the second phase, we will take the colored drawings of your project and turn them into construction documents. We will also begin taking care of the necessary permits. This is also when you will begin selecting the material and products for your project and setting the date of the construction. The last phase is the build process. Compared with the traditional method, this phase goes much more quickly and much more smoothly because we have performed so much work up front.
