Fun in the sun is the Southern California way. Our clients have a nice size backyard, but they wanted it to be an outdoor living space that would allow them to entertain multiple parties in their backyard and still have room for a pool.
The result? An efficient use of space that is also perfect for entertaining. We built a lap pool with a spa, a covered patio with a built-in BBQ, added a fire pit, a dog run, and turf. Plus, the BBQ area has a motorized system to enclose the space during windy or rainy weather.
We used blue tiles in the pool to complement their Spanish-style home. The contrasting blue tile was perfect with the clay roof and white stucco walls.
The Outdoor living space was finished just in time for summer. A fire pit in the backyard is perfect for those cooler nights. For the dogs, we built a dog run on one side of the yard and added turf.
We transformed our client’s backyard into their own personal getaway.
