Jeff Betts Jeff Betts has 25+ years of experience in construction with 10 years as a General Superintendent and an additional 8 years as a Superintendent. He holds teaching credentials in several construction related topics, instructing for local trade associations and San Diego Community College. As head of the production department he is tasked with assuring that delivery of our construction services is second to none. |
